All players must have a physical before they can participate in the Mission San Jose Football program.

Make sure your Doctor knows that you need a Sports Physical.

If you don't have a Doctor you can get a physical at the office of Lee Chiropractic.

A Sports Physical is good for one calendar year. Now is a good time to get the sports physical.

      TEAM DINNERS

Team dinners take place the night before each game. With the only exception being Friday October 17th the team dinners are for the varsity only.Each family will be asked to host one team dinner.The cost of that team dinner will be split between 3 or 4 families.Team dinners cannot take place in a public facility. We ask that they take place in a home or private building(swim club Little league clubhouse,etc).See team dinner dates and parent schedule below.

We need adults to be on the chain gang during the game . It's helps out and you can watch the game from the sideline.
