Mission San Jose High School Football Team's Strength & Conditioning Coach Dwight Pratt is pleased to announce the final members of the Green shirt and Black shirt club. As a team we gained 3,835 pounds of lifting weight since the max test in January.

commitments

All varsity players

  must meet the

     following    commitments to

  play the 2008

       season.

SPRING CAMP

Players must have

  attended all 9

  days of spring

 camp. They will

  need to run 2

  miles for each

    day missed.

   WEIGHT

  TRAINING

All players must

 attend at least

20 days of the 40

 weight training

  days starting

  6/2 unti 8/15.

 Players will run

 2 miles for each

  day under 20.

   SUMMER

     CAMP

  7/7 to 7/10

 Each player will

 run 4 miles for

 each day missed.

  DOUBLE

    DAYS

 8/18 to 9/2 each

  player will run

  4 miles for each

    day missed.
